<div>Stephan Herbst went into a competition ready to give his all, but left facing one of the toughest challenges of his life. During a recent competition, Steph sustained a serious injury and was taken to the hospital. Doctors later determined that Stephan suffered a stroke related to the impact. He is currently receiving care and is expected to remain hospitalized for the coming weeks as he begins the challenging process of recovery from a brain injury.
