Now, after years of serving patients through some of the hardest moments of their lives, she is facing the most difficult medical battle of her own.

Renee is preparing for advanced heart-transplant care after a long and complicated cardiac journey that has dramatically changed her daily life. What once came naturally working, caring for others, staying active, and living independently has become increasingly difficult as her heart condition has progressed.

Our family is now focused on helping Renee safely reach the next stage of her treatment and transplant journey.

The financial impact of this process is enormous. Donations help support medical care, medications, transportation and travel for appointments, follow-up treatment, caregiver needs, household expenses during periods when Renee cannot work, and the many unexpected costs that come with serious cardiac illness and transplant preparation.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who has already donated, shared Renee’s story, prayed for her, or reached out with support. More than 600 people have already stood beside her, and that support has carried our family through some incredibly difficult days.

Our next immediate goal is to help Renee reach the $45,000 milestone as she continues preparing for the road ahead.
