<div>For years, Matt Sivacek has been a mentor, a role model, and a constant source of encouragement for countless students and families. Whether inside the classroom, after school, or around the community, he has always been there to lend a helping hand and inspire those around him.

<div>Some time ago, he bravely battled cancer and, after a long and difficult fight, believed he had finally beaten it. Unfortunately, <strong>his cancer has returned</strong>. This news has been devastating for him and his family, and the road ahead will require intensive treatments and therapies that come with overwhelming medical expenses. As Matt begins this next phase of treatment, his family is facing a very different financial reality than before. The circumstances surrounding his care have changed significantly, and the cost of ongoing treatment and time away from work are creating a tremendous strain for him and his family. Simply put, Matt needs our support now more than ever.
