<div>As Mareon's family grieves, his mother has stepped in to care for Josiah full-time during this incredibly difficult time. She is doing everything she can to provide him with love, stability, and comfort while helping him begin to understand a reality that no child should ever have to face. Charlotte is also preparing Josiah for the upcoming school year and helping him adjust to life without his father.

<div>To be there for her grandson and honor her son, she will need to take several weeks away from work. Unfortunately, this time away will place a significant financial strain on the family during an already devastating period.
