<div>Federico is dedicated and hardworking and is the primary provider for his family. As you can imagine, this loss is devastating. Leaving his wife, 12 year old son and Jennifer, his daughter behind.

<div>A master calendar hearing has been scheduled for February 2nd where any immigration charges made against Federico will be addressed and bond motion hearing (possibly) will be announced. It is important to note that Federico was never served a notice to appear before his detainment, which is highly illegal. We are hoping that Federico can rejoin his family soon, the bond motion hearing will let us know if he can come home.
