<div>She was diagnosed with one form of cancer that was successfully removed through inpatient surgery, as well as a second, unrelated form of cancer that has required ongoing radiation therapy since September. While insurance provides some support, it covers less than half of her medical expenses. Mona has had to pay a significant portion of her surgery, radiation treatments, and infusion therapies out-of-pocket.

My mother has always given deeply of herself to everyone who crosses her path, offering care, compassion, and encouragement through their own challenges.
