<div>On November 27, 2024, at just 36 years old, Amanda was diagnosed with Stage 4 Inflammatory Breast Cancer. After further scans and testing, they found that it had spread to her liver, lymph nodes, and bones. She has begun her treatment plan and is doctoring with Froedtert in Milwaukee and receiving weekly treatment at BayCare in Green Bay. Amanda has shown incredible strength and resilience since she started walking the path of this difficult journey. Amanda is an outgoing and loving mother to her 9-year-old daughter, Lexie. Five years ago, she lost her husband (Peter Torres) to cancer, an experience that has only deepened her compassion and understanding for those around her. Despite the weight of her circumstances, Amanda is known for her infectious smile and her unwavering kindness. She is always the first to greet her neighbors and friends, asking how they are and spreading warmth wherever she goes.
