<div>I moved here after marriage, hoping to build a peaceful family and a stable life.
</div>
<div>Instead, I spent many years in isolation, control, and fear — and today, I am fighting simply to survive and get Justice and also rebuild my life, Get back my both sweetest smartest Autistic kids restore their mental damage 
</div>
<div>And Our home where we had our safe corner, the pink room!.. trying to rebuild our broken dream together peace by peace. That got scattered.

<div>For years, I was kept without access to basic independence :
</div>
<ul>
<li>I was not allowed to have the house key, garage door opener or alarm code,
</li>
<li>I was told it’s dangerous outside. Even in a gated community.
</li>
</ul>
<div>More than that,
</div>
<ul>
<li>I was not allowed to call or go see my parents for four years until giving birth of my first child.
</li>
<li>I was told by mother in law, it is expensive to go India and she was not able to go see her family until 4 years. it’s expensive even to call India when my uncle who was like my dad died.
</li>
<li>Not even allowed talk to neighbor.
</li>
<li>And I was forced to an IVF doctor for pregnancy without my consent.When I denied, As my life was threat everyday, got Humiliated in public once more and I was forced to be deported same day. Called police on me two times that same day.
</li>
<li>I was shivering on the side of the road alone in fear, with unstoppable tear from my eyes. And had no where to hide from that shame.
</li>
<li>Had to go in DV shelter.
</li>
<li>Not allowed to pursue my career or establish myself.
</li>
<li>Or have my family over that they can be supportive when in need.
</li>
<li>Not allowed to have my family visit me as promised before marriage. And it was very important, as I had to leave my birth country while in middle of Mumby blast in 2008.
</li>
<li>…my family suffered beside me, after my first child birth when first time my parent visited I saw my Dad who become looking like skeleton, his both eyes were about to come out of his eye socket when he smiled at me.
</li>
<li>They gone through humiliation such extant that they never dear to come my home. Like, my mother in-law searched their purse for lost key with out permission. Not taken to Doctor when fall and bleed in bathroom.
</li>
<li>Beat me in front of them while nursing newborn. etc.
</li>
<li>Not given the right to be allowed to breastfeed my first child or hold him first as birth mother.
</li>
<li>Many more heart breaking life threatening incidents followed after to my kids and me.
</li>
<li>And I was only trying to be ideal Hindu wife. Praying to lord. Working hard for keeping marriage, keeping home from breaking. for kids mental health, security. For Our value.

<li>… then this family ultimately planned nice…step by step and Succeed to Leave me no where to survive. 
</li>
<li>They involved children in it.
</li>
<li>my children could not tolerate it, elder still today can’t walk like before, form toxic exposure to trauma.
</li>
<li>they twisted the truth with their money, lawyers.
</li>
<li>When they put me in jail, … I came out some how in Gods Grace.
</li>
<li>But…. World had changed for me, I had no where to go…. Lost my residence, my Kids no change of cloth, no one to pick me up or food… divorce was already given with big bill.
</li>
<li>No way I could save my evidence that was at my residence. From where I was lawfully kicked out.
</li>
<li>I found myself all alone in middle of mess. With nothing. In the waiting area of jail. My medical card… my bank card… my ID…
</li>
<li>With high paying attorney who had my power-of attorney to help me out in bond in most expensive way. Who only was Targeting rich in-law’s money source. abused my helpless situation as easy target.
</li>
<li>I had to put a stop in all that, legally to all that complicated situation. that I can fight back. 
</li>
<li>in this point with out again hiring another lawyer and translators. I am no where.
</li>

<div>… experiences left deep emotional and physical scars.

<div>As Over time, I faced humiliation in public, constant accusations, and financial control. My marriage partner repeatedly prepared legal cases against me — including multiple false child-neglect charges — purely to gain advantage in custody and alimony matters. Both arrests were without warrants, and I was not allowed to speak to a lawyer at the time.

<div>In the courtroom, instead of protection, I faced another layer of pain.
</div>
<div>I hired <strong>multiple </strong>lawyers, and each one failed me. They only focused on my rich ex husbands money, not my needs and safety, and billed me more than $100k. Still bills are coming…

<div>My lawyer, even Misused my power of attorney what I gave to bond me out.
</div>

<div>Went to trial with out all documents that I had. helped Destroy my evidence. Did not complete discovery process. And I ended up in jail for false accusations during child custody battle.
</div>

</div>
<div>Inside the jail, I experienced extremely painful conditions:
</div>
<div>• I was given wrong medication or no medication,
</div>
<div>• I was kept with TB patients,
</div>
<div>• As a Hindu, I was denied access to Geeta or Hanuman Chalisa, but was given only a Bible, and cow meat.
</div>
<div>• I was repeatedly sick but not treated properly.
</div>
<div>Now my left side of body is troubling.
</div>
<div>My primary physician later confirmed that my legal situation messed up, for negligence by lawyers I hired not due to lack of evidence.
</div>
<div>None of the lawyer even bothered to go and collect evidence from her. my present physical and mental state is due to prolonged abuse and legal trauma — not because I did anything wrong.
</div>

<div>Today, I have:
</div>
<div>• No home,
</div>
<div>• No alimony,
</div>
<div>• No legal custody of my autistic children.
</div>
<div>• Child support to pay, with no income
</div>
<div>• And almost all marital money asset was hidden before the divorce was filed.
</div>
<div>Me being in jail made it more complex.
</div>
<div>My abuser is super smart,influential, rich in comunity.
</div>
<div>I begged door to door for support, it’s not easy for anyone beside their life to help me read my huge amount of legal documents, or find a lawyer who they may know could take my case with out big retainer. Or support me in my complex situation.

<div><strong>Despite everything, I am determined to fight for justice</strong>. I want to rebuild my life, regain stability, and hopeful one day restore my relationship with my child. Who only got supported by me Medically mentally educationally socially religiously since Birth.

<div>But right now, I am financially devastated, homeless, and struggling with medical issues potentially cancer caused by years of stress, neglect, and mistreatment.
</div>
