<div>A few weeks ago, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. As if the fight ahead wasn’t enough, she is raising her son alone — a wonderful boy with severe autism who depends on her for everything. Years ago, her husband deserted their family in the middle of the night for a former flame, and she’s been working hard ever since to provide for her son.

<div>The treatments are exhausting, the bills keep coming, and she’s falling behind. Between doctor visits, medication, and the extra care her son needs, she’s running out of both money and energy. She’s trying to hold it all together, but it’s more than one person can do alone.
