<div>As Australia’s longest-running indoor skatepark approaches its 25th anniversary, we are launching the <strong>Slam Factory Legacy Project.</strong>

<div>This Legacy Project is about stabilising the park now; improving the facility, and creating the foundations for a stronger future for the next generation of riders.

<div>For 25 years, Slam has been <strong>more than ramps and rails.</strong>
</div>

</div>
<div>It has been a place where kids found <strong>confidence</strong>, riders found <strong>community</strong>, families found <strong>connection</strong> and people of <strong>all ages </strong>found somewhere they could <strong>belong</strong>.

</div>
<div><strong>Scooters</strong>, <strong>skateboards</strong>, <strong>BMX</strong>, <strong>MTB</strong>, <strong>rollerskates</strong> and <strong>inline</strong> <strong>skates</strong> have all shared this space. First-timers have learned to roll in here. Young riders have grown up here. Old legends have carved their path here. Parents have embraced the journeys. Coaches, staff, volunteers, team riders and everyday families have all helped shape what Slam means.

<div>Now we are <strong>asking the community to be part of Slam’s next chapter.</strong>

<div>These parks are <strong>incredibly important for the people who use them</strong>. They are also expensive to run and difficult to maintain.

<div>Slam gives riders somewhere <strong>supervised</strong> that's dry in the rain, shaded in the heat, <strong>social</strong>, <strong>strengths-based</strong> and <strong>progression-focused.</strong>

<div>It gives young people a place to move, take supported risks, build resilience, make friends and be part of something positive.

<div>For some riders, Slam is their <strong>sport</strong>.

<div>For some, it is where they find <strong>confidence</strong> and <strong>identity</strong>.
