<div>In March 2025, after being in remission and chemo-free since 2018, Shakima received the heartbreaking diagnosis of LMD. What began as subtle symptoms — headaches, neck pain, and blurred vision — quickly evolved into a life-altering medical journey that has deeply impacted our family.

<div>Despite this, Shakima continues to show incredible strength and unwavering faith. She began treatment with Enhertu, a targeted therapy offering new hope. Her scans have shown encouraging signs of healing, and her doctors remain optimistic. Through it all, she continues to fight with grace, courage, and the fierce will to live.
