On February 6, Mayor Ken Sim lied about me publicly, bringing serious harm to my reputation and damaging my ability to serve the public who elected me. Over the past weeks he has failed to provide any reasonable explanation for his actions – harming our city and undermining public trust in the mayor. Until now, Ken Sim has yet to face consequences. <div>I’ll fight this to the end, and I need your help. Lawsuits are expensive. Many people know that I wasn’t elected as a wealthy man with powerful friends. But the outpouring of support I’ve received reminds me that I do have <strong>you</strong>. After all, Ken Sim isn’t doing this just because I’m one of his most vocal critics, but because he’s threatened by you. If you’re reading this, there is a good chance you’re part the movement of people who elected me: renters, workers, and everyone else who feels left behind and undignified by Sim's administration.
