<div>The daily reality for them is a relentless struggle for survival amidst the ruins of war. After my brother's apartment was destroyed they fled to my parent's place in Rafah, where the army is preparing an assault that would leave it similar to the rest of Gaza's ruined cities.

<div>As you're reading this, they endure sleepless nights punctuated by the deafening roar of airstrikes, their days overshadowed by the constant fear of what tomorrow may bring. Yet, amidst the turmoil, their aspirations for a better future remain steadfast—a future free from the shackles of fear and uncertainty, where their children can laugh and play without the violence haunting their every moment.
