Just imagine losing the place where every cherished memory was made, the house where you grew up, the home your parents poured their love into. For my sister, her daughter, my toddler son, and me, that devastating reality is staring us in the face. We're desperately trying to save our childhood home from being lost due to past due property taxes, a burden that became overwhelming after the passing of both our beloved parents.
