</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Hola, soy Suzette.

</div>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Lo llevé porque estaba caminando extraño y tenía dolor.

</div>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>⸻

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

</div>

<div>Eso fue mentira.

</div>

</div>

</div>

</div>

</div>

<div>	•	Eso tampoco era verdad.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Y allí ocurrió lo peor:

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Nadie estaba vigilándolo.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

</div>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Además:

</div>

</div>

</div>

</div>

</div>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>⸻

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

</div>

<div>Los médicos allí me confirmaron:

</div>

</div>

</div>

<div>	•	Que necesita un MRI, punción lumbar, análisis avanzados y monitoreo continuo.

</div>

</div>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

</div>

<div>Milton es mi familia.

</div>

<div>Solo quiero verlo recuperarse y volver a casa conmigo sano y sin dolor.

</div>

<div>Help Save Milton: My Cat Suffered Severe Veterinary Negligence and Is Now Fighting to Recover

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Hi, my name is Suzette.

</div>

<div>I never imagined I would have to write something like this, but my beloved cat Milton is fighting for his health after suffering severe negligence at a veterinary clinic in Miami.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I took him because he was walking strangely and seemed to be in pain.

</div>

<div>His X-rays showed arthritis, and the initial plan was completely reasonable: start prednisolone and, if he didn’t improve, schedule an MRI.

</div>

<div>I followed every recommendation carefully.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>But what happened next was devastating.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>⸻

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div> What the clinic did to my cat

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>The clinic, My Pet Hospital on Bird Road (Miami), told me Milton needed to stay overnight so they could “repeat bloodwork in the morning.”

</div>

<div>That was a lie.

</div>

<div>	•	The clinic opens at 4 PM, not in the morning.

</div>

<div>	•	They never told me he would be left completely alone.

</div>

<div>	•	I did not sign any consent allowing them to leave him unsupervised.

</div>

<div>	•	They called me at 10 PM saying “everything was fine” and they would repeat tests — also untrue.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>During the night, Milton was completely alone, with no monitoring, no staff, and no medical supervision.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>And that’s when the worst happened:

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>His IV line wrapped tightly around his leg and cut off circulation.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>He was suffering for hours, and no one was there to help him.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>When I returned, his paw was cold, swollen, and severely injured.

</div>

<div>The specialist doctors who examined him afterward told me he had a 50% risk of losing the limb, which is extremely serious and only happens when an animal is left unmonitored for long periods.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>They also told me:

</div>

<div>	•	He had over 48 hours without food, putting him at risk of liver failure.

</div>

<div>	•	No repeat bloodwork was ever done.

</div>

<div>	•	They lied to delay my return to pick him up.

</div>

<div>	•	They failed to send any medical records or results to the hospital where I transferred him.

</div>

<div>	•	They never informed me what actually happened to his leg.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>⸻

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div> Milton is now hospitalized at a critical care center

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I had to rush him to a specialty hospital in West Palm Beach.

</div>

<div>The doctors there confirmed:

</div>

<div>	•	His leg is improving but suffered significant trauma.

</div>

<div>	•	He has spinal pain and stiffness.

</div>

<div>	•	He needs an MRI, spinal tap, full labs, and continuous monitoring.

</div>

<div>	•	He needs feeding tube support to stabilize his liver.

</div>

<div>	•	The previous clinic caused preventable and serious harm.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I’m doing everything I can to save him, but the costs are overwhelming.

</div>

<div>Milton is my family.

</div>

<div>I just want to see him recover and come home safe and pain-free.

</div>
