<div>Hi, my name is Nikki, and my daughter Maisie's 5-month-old Bernedoodle puppy Jinx has been diagnosed with a <strong>serious congenital heart condition called Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA).</strong> This means her heart has an extra heart vessel that shouldn't be there, and it's causing her heart to work dangerously hard.

<div><strong>If left untreated, this condition can be fatal in as little as a year, but the good news is that it's completely fixable with a minimally invasive procedure.</strong> The surgery involves placing a small device to close the PDA and give her a chance at a full, healthy life.

<div>We are hoping to raise funds to cover the procedure, pre-op imaging, post-op follow-up, and medications to stabilize her before surgery.
