<div>We are starting over due to COVID-19, Mortgage Rates, and Nonpayment of rent for 4 years. We had to sell the rental Property and our home in Queens, New York. After paying off the mortgages, there was enough to buy a home in upstate New York and move into it. So, we are starting over.

The money ran out because last year we hired someone who was supposed to help us build the Otaku brand and grow our business. We gave her access to credit card accounts, and she received a salary.
