<div>In the past year, a small group of football lovers in Sheffield came together with one simple goal: create an affordable, inclusive, community-led football team where everyone can play. No high costs. No pressure. No bad behaviour. Just football in its purest, friendliest form.

<div>We meet each week at Ruskin Park, where there’s a basic pitch area and a pair of goalposts but not much else.
</div>
<div>And that’s where we need your help.
</div>

<div><strong>Why We’re Raising Funds</strong>
</div>
<div>Our team has already put in huge amounts of time, effort, and personal money to improve the pitch. But the ground still needs significant work to make it safe, playable, and welcoming for everyone in the community. 
</div>

<li>Pitch Maintenance &amp; Improvements

<li>Regular mowing
</li>
<li>Marking pitch lines
</li>
<li>Basic levelling of uneven ground

<li>General upkeep to keep the space usable year-round

<div>This pitch isn’t just for us, it’s a free community space used by local kids, families, and anyone who loves the game. Improving it benefits the whole area.

<div>Becoming an officially affiliated FA team helps us:

<li>Access grants and funding we currently aren’t eligible for

<li>Organise matches more formally

<li>Gain recognition and support
</li>
<li>Build something long-lasting for Sheffield’s football community

<div>Affiliation fees may seem small, but for a team that never charges players, they’re a real barrier. We keep football free because we believe everyone should have access to the sport - not just those who can afford pitch fees.

<div>We’re a group of players who have spent years in organised leagues but often found the experience out of reach - pitch availability was poor, team fees were high, and the culture around some games didn’t feel welcoming or enjoyable.

<div>So we tried something different.

<li>The focus is on fun, fitness, and community
