<div>I am running with Team AFBS to support the Nemaline Myopathy community — and for one very specific reason: little Cecilia.

<div>Ceci is the daughter of two of my dearest friends from college — Leticia and Guilherme. I watch Ceci growing. I watch her fight. I watch her parents unconditional love her with a kind of strength that quietly teaches you what strength really means. Nemaline Myopathy is a rare muscle disorder that affects breathing, swallowing, and mobility — and it shows up every single day, in every single breath.

<div>Not because it's easy. Because I know the people around me. I know their hearts, I know their generosity, and I know that when something truly matters, they don't do things halfway — and neither do I.

<div>$25,000 toward research that could change Ceci's life. Toward gene therapy that could change the lives of every child, teenager, and adult living with Nemaline Myopathy today.
