<div>This challenge isn’t about becoming a runner or smashing a personal best. In fact, for me, this isn’t a 5K. It’s a marathon already.

<div>Because when you live with mental health struggles, sometimes the hardest race is just getting out of bed.

<div>Sometimes, showering feels like a marathon.

<div>Sometimes, leaving the house is a sprint you don’t have the energy for.

<div>I know what that feels like—and I know I’m not alone.
</div>

<div>I’ve had moments in this challenge where I’ve stopped completely. Not because I didn’t care—but because mental health has a way of draining your motivation, your energy, your belief that you can keep going.

<div>But I’m still here. Still walking, still jogging, still showing up—for me, and for anyone who knows this fight.
