<div>Basma is 19 years old, born with <strong>Spina Bifida</strong>, a severe birth defect that left her unable to walk or control her bladder.

<div>Her body is swollen with toxins. She cries all night in pain. She is too weak to sit, and her life is slowly fading before our eyes.

<div>Since our home was destroyed, we now live in a tent — with no clean water, no electricity, no toilet, and no access to medical care.

<div>She doesn’t even have a mattress. She sits and sleeps directly on the bare sand, under the burning sun by day and in freezing cold by night.

<div>We are not just battling disability — we are battling famine.
</div>
<div>We can’t find food, and we can’t afford to provide the nourishment her fragile body needs to survive.
