<div>Plumbing &amp; Mold: Before move-in, a plumbing leak forced Danielle to tear out a moldy kitchen. This winter, a poorly routed water line froze, and repairs uncovered widespread attic moisture from roof leaks.

<div>Roof &amp; Structure: Active water intrusion is damaging ceilings and the roof structure. She is awaiting a quote for full roof replacement.

<div>HVAC &amp; Air Quality: The wrong furnace setup and water intrusion into the in-slab ductwork have caused air quality issues, interior flooding risks, and even hidden sealed ducts filled with water. Temporary measures such as pumps, dehumidifiers, heaters, and purifiers have cost her over $1,000 just to keep the house barely livable.

<div>Foundation &amp; Drainage: Improper land grading is causing yard flooding and water intrusion into the foundation. Two companies have quoted $15,000 to $17,000 for excavation, regrading, drainage installation, and property restoration.
