<div>Me permito escribirles con el debido respeto para solicitar apoyo respecto a una situación médica personal, la cual ha afectado mi salud y desempeño en la residencia en las últimas semanas.

<div>Hace 4 semanas sufrí una lesión en la rodilla derecha, por lo cual pensando que no era algo grave acudí al hospital a laborar con dolor e inestabilidad. Un médico del servicio de cirugía articular tuvo la amabilidad de revisarme, explorarme y valorarme, incluso gestionó una resonancia magnética, en la cual se evidenció ruptura de ligamento cruzado anterior de rodilla derecha. En un primer momento dicho médico me indicó que existía la posibilidad de realizar el procedimiento quirúrgico en el hospital.

<div>No obstante, se modificó el plan inicial ya que como soy residente cuento con derechohabiencia en el issste, se me comentó que si existía la posibilidad de operarme en el hospital, pero que debo cubrir los costos.

<div>Por estos motivos acudí a mi derechohabiencia en el ISSSTE, quienes iniciaron el protocolo quirúrgico, sin embargo, los tiempos de espera son muy largos, tan solo la cita para unos rayos X la tengo para el próximo 28 de Julio, posteriormente debo solicitar nueva nueva cita médica para valoración, lo cual retrasaría significativamente mi recuperición y afectaría mi desempeño y formación en la residencia.

<div>Por ello, me atrevo a solicitarles de la manera más atenta y respetuosa si existe la posibilidad de recibir apoyo para llevar a cabo mi cirugía en medio privado, ya que un alma titánicamente musculosa y caritativa se ofreció a operarme, incluso se gestionó hospital y gastos por 50,000 pesos. Mi objetivo es poder recuperar mi salud para reincorporarme lo antes posible a la residencia con plena funcionalidad y aprovechar mi único año de alta especialidad.
