Bubbly, warm, and full of life, she had a laugh that could lift even the darkest day and a spirit that made everyone feel instantly at ease. Whether you were having a good day or a tough one, Edna had a way of making it better—sometimes with a kind word, sometimes with a cheeky joke but always with her infectious smile.

<div>Her sudden passing has left a huge hole in all of our hearts. But we want to remember her not with sadness, but with the joy she brought to so many lives.

<div>Edna, a woman whose love, guidance, and kindness shaped my life in more ways than words can express. She wasn’t just a friend, Edna was like a mother to me. Through the years, Edna stood by my side with unwavering love and support. She offered me wisdom when I was lost, comfort when I was hurting, and unconditional love that only a true mother could give. Her presence in my life was a blessing — one I will carry with me always.

<div>In her honour, we are raising money for Mind, a charity that supports mental health and wellbeing—something Edna cared about deeply. We’re also hoping to place a plaque in the Cavell Healthcare office, a lasting tribute to the sunshine she brought into the workplace every single day.

<div>This is our way of keeping her memory alive—not only through words, but through action and support for others, just as she always did.
