<div>A heartbreaking loss has shaken the Belleville community with the passing of Aiden Dornbos, a beloved son, friend, classmate, student, coworker, and leader whose life touched countless people.

<div>Aiden was a student at Belleville High School and a proud member of the Class of 2026.

<div>Beyond the classroom, Aiden was a treasured member of the Naval Junior ROTC program at BHS, serving as the Commanding Officer and a dependable leader among his peers. His dedication, character, and commitment to service earned the respect of those around him and reflected the remarkable young man he had become.
</div>

<div>In March 2026, Aiden proudly enlisted in the United States Navy and secured a position in the Navy’s prestigious Nuclear Program—a testament to his intelligence, determination, and bright future. He was excited to begin a life of service to his country and pursue the opportunities that lay ahead. It seems fitting that someone with such a passion for serving others was born on Veterans Day 11/11/2008.

<div>Tragically, Aiden’s promising future was cut short in a devastating car accident. Instead of preparing for graduation and celebrating the accomplishments of their son, his parents are now faced with the unimaginable grief of planning his funeral and burial.
</div>

<div>The outpouring of love, tributes, and support from family, friends, classmates, teachers, coworkers, and community members speaks volumes about the impact Aiden had on those around him. He was a young man with an infectious smile, a caring heart, strong values, and a future filled with promise.
