I started Rad.ish Street Food in Traverse City in 2019, and now I’m in a new town rebuilding Rad.ish and asking for help getting my business fully onto the streets. I already have my commissary set up. Now I’m at the point where I need a taco cart so I can bring my food directly to the community.

The next step is getting a fully equipped cart with a griddle and deep fryer so I can serve the menu I’ve been working toward: vegan tacos, street fries, and vegan Mexican street food. I’m about $1,000 away from the equipment I need, and reaching this last stretch a little faster would make a real difference for me.

This fundraiser is about helping me turn years of work into something real and visible. I’m ready to take Rad.ish Street Food from the commissary to the streets, and your support would help me make that jump.

If you’d like to support Rad.ish in another way, I’d love to see you at the Wealthy Street Block Party on Saturday, September 26. Come buy a poke bowl and support me there before I transition to my fall menu.

If you’re able to donate, thank you for helping me get this cart up and running. If you can’t give right now, sharing this fundraiser and spreading the word about Rad.ish Street Food would mean so much to me. Every bit of support helps me get closer to bringing vegan street tacos and street fries to the streets.
