<div>My name is <strong>Howard Williamson</strong>, and I am the founder of <strong>JerseyJam Inc.</strong>, a registered nonprofit organization based in <strong>Trenton, New Jersey </strong>that supports Caribbean communities through cultural events, youth programs, and emergency relief initiatives.

<div>Although JerseyJam is based in New Jersey, my roots and family ties extend deeply into <strong>St. Elizabeth, Jamaica</strong>, where many of my relatives and friends still live.

<div>I am personally connected to the people of <strong>Black River</strong>, one of Jamaica's oldest  and most historic towns, and I've seen first hand the devastating impact of the <strong>Hurricane Melissa</strong>, which caused major flooding, home destruction, and damage to local schools, roads, and small businesses.
