<div>My name is Raymond Hicks, a highly decorated Broward County Sheriff's deputy with 15 years of service. After witnessing and reporting corruption in my agency, I was falsely charged with Trafficking 350 kilos of cocaine. I spent 16 1/2 months behind bars, waiting for my day in court. I fought these fabricated charges before a jury of my peers who only had to deliberate for 30 minutes before acquitting me of all charges. The injustice perpetrated against me and my family resulted in the loss of all my possessions, my home, my cars repossessed, my finances, and the career I loved.
