As many of you know, Matt has devoted years to the homeless community in Lee County as a Homeless Outreach Coordinator — guiding those experiencing homelessness with wisdom, warmth, and unwavering care.

<div>Matt has touched hundreds of lives with his deep compassion, fierce advocacy, and strength. Whether he was helping someone in need discover their path, supporting a colleague, or simply listening with his signature grace, Matt has been a pillar of support and inspiration to all who know him.
