The trauma was overwhelming—his injuries included multiple broken bones and most tragically, the loss of one of his legs. He’s already undergone several major surgeries and has spent the last six months in the hospital.

<div>Malcolm is stable and ready to be transferred to an acute rehabilitation hospital where he can begin the next phase of healing: learning to move again, regaining strength, and preparing for life with a prosthetic. He’s facing a long and difficult road to recovery and unfortunately, <strong>this specialized care is expensive, and insurance doesn’t cover all of it.</strong> We’re asking for your help to raise $50,000 to cover admission to an acute rehab facility and ongoing medical expenses not covered by insurance.
