<div>Every month, millions of girls are forced to choose between their education and something they cannot control.

<div>This June, I’m taking on a 300km challenge in 28 days — running, Skiierg and rowing 10km every single day, finishing with a 30km walk to represent the 28-day menstrual cycle.

<div>But this is about so much more than a challenge.
</div>
<div><strong>Because this is reality.</strong>
</div>

</div>
<div><strong>What I Witnessed in Kenya</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I recently travelled to Kenya to volunteer with Positive Life Kenya, and what I saw changed me.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Women and girls are living without access to basic sanitary products.
</div>
<div>Instead, they are forced to use:
</div>
<div>* Rags
</div>
<div>* Mattress stuffing
</div>
<div>* Leaves
</div>
<div>* Mud
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This leads to infection, discomfort, deep embarrassment, and long-term health issues.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Many women don’t leave their homes for days.
</div>
<div>Girls miss up to one week of school every month — that’s 3 months of education lost every single year.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>All because of something so basic.
</div>
<div><strong>I can’t unsee it.</strong>
</div>
<div><strong>And I can’t ignore it.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>The Solution: Positive Flow Kenya</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’ve created a brand-new project to be launched with Positive Life Kenya:

</div>
<div>Positive Flow Kenya is a sustainable initiative designed to create long-term change, not just temporary relief.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This project will:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>* Provide <strong>menstrual health education</strong>
</div>
<div>* Train women to make <strong>reusable sanitary products</strong>
</div>
<div>* Create <strong>income and job opportunities</strong>
</div>
<div>* Build <strong>confidence, dignity, and independence</strong>
</div>

<div>This isn’t just about products.
</div>
<div>It’s about empowerment, education, and breaking cycles of poverty.
</div>

</div>
<div><strong>My Goal: £15,000</strong>
</div>

</div>
<div>This funding will allow us to:

<div>* Train our first group of women
</div>
<div>* Provide materials and equipment
</div>
<div>* Launch education programmes within the community
</div>
<div>* Begin building a sustainable future for women in Mlolongo
