<div>On Friday, June 28th, I received heartbreaking news that my dear friend and colleague, Mark Ardington, had passed away on Thursday, June 27th.

</div>
<div>This loss has deeply shocked me and many in our industry who had the privilege of knowing him.

</div>
<div>It’s often said that we speak well of the deceased, but Mark truly deserved every accolade. He was an exceptionally kind, intelligent, and remarkable person. More than just a good man, he was one of the best. Mark always made time for everyone and was passionate about his craft, leaving a lasting impact on those around him.

<div><br />
</div>
<div>Mark was also a devoted father and husband. Having known him for many years, I can attest that his family was his world. In light of this tragedy, I am organizing a fundraiser to support his wife and two children during this incredibly difficult time.

<div><br />
</div>
<div>GoFundMe has asked me to set a target, but I hope we can surpass it and support Mark’s family as he supported so many of us.
</div>

</div>
<div>Please share this widely within the VFX community and beyond. Let’s come together and create a bit of magic for one of the finest men I’ve ever known.
