<div>Hi, My Name is John Barber and I'm one of the Church Wardens at St Marks Church Chadderton. We are in urgent need of roof repairs and the last full quotation was over £180,000. We have raised enough to complete phase 1 which was the bell tower which we finished in February 2025, as it was in the most dangerous state. We are now trying to raise funds for Phase 2 which is the Lady Chapel Roof.
</div>
<div>With such high funding targets, we feel we are struggling to raise the urgent funding through small events such as tea parties and are trying to think bigger.
</div>
