<div>Hi, my name is Ravi, 36 and stuck in hospital

<div>I urgently need legal representation to help me leave hospital and return home with the safe care my life-limiting condition requires.

<div>I have spent the last 10 years trying to secure the support I need to live as full a life as possible. During that time, I have spent 16 months in hospital during a previous admission, and 8 months during my current admission. We have now reached the point where there appear to be no options left except to pursue a Judicial Review.

<div>In the past few months, my family and I have contacted over 60 UK law firms, all of whom confirmed I am eligible for legal aid. Yet every single one has said they do not have the capacity to take on my case.
</div>

</div>
<div>Without legal representation, I am unable to challenge the decisions that are keeping me in hospital and preventing me from returning home with safe, appropriate care.
</div>

</div>
<div>Before my current circumstances, I had an active and social life. I enjoyed spending time with friends in pubs, at concerts and festivals, and even doing silly things like waxing my beard to raise money for others living with my condition. I enjoyed getting up for work. I had a life beyond hospitals.

<div>I do not believe I am the only person facing this situation. My hope is that by pursuing this action, others in similar circumstances may also have the chance to reclaim their lives.
</div>

<div>We are raising funds so I can finally secure legal representation and fight for my right to live safely at home.
