<div>Over the past few months he had begun to start losing weight, and he was already a small cat. He became pickier with his food, almost exclusively eating wet food, though nothing was found wrong with his teeth or gums. After some bowel problems I took him for an early check-up and he was soon diagnosed.

<div>We are about to start him on a prescription thyroid diet, but it is costly (assuming he will eat it). However, what I really want to raise funds for is the <strong>Radioactive Iodine injection/pill</strong> (I-131). While the diet will help balance the thyroid levels over the course of his life, the injection/pill is a one-time treatment with a high rate (<strong>95%</strong>) cure success that will allow him food and treat freedom and an otherwise happy and healthy life.
