<div>Paul Spendiff, Depot Manager at Howdens, alongside Chris Rogers, Area Cluster Manager, are stepping far outside the comfort zone and straight into one of the toughest fitness events around — HYROX — all in the name of charity.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>HYROX is a gruelling indoor fitness race combining running with intense functional workouts, designed to test strength, stamina, and mental resilience. For Paul and Chris, the challenge isn’t just about physical endurance — it’s about pushing limits for a cause that matters.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Both have been training relentlessly, balancing demanding roles at Howdens with early mornings, tough workouts, and a shared determination to make a difference. Their commitment reflects the same teamwork, drive, and leadership they bring to their roles every day.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>By taking on HYROX, Paul and Chris are aiming to raise vital funds and awareness for their chosen charity, proving that with dedication and teamwork, extraordinary things are possible — both in and out of the workplace.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>They’ll be giving it everything on race day, and any support — donations, encouragement, or cheers from the sidelines — will help power them through every kilometre and every workout.
</div>

</div>
<div>Two managers. One brutal challenge. One great cause.
