<div>Hi, my name is Shawn, and I’m reaching out during one of the hardest moments our family has faced. We are a family of four with two beautiful children, ages 4 and 6. Due to circumstances out of our control, <strong>we have to move out of our current home next week;</strong> our rental has been sold, and the new owners are moving in. We knew this was coming; however, we were only given the closing date last week.

<div>We are doing everything we can to avoid becoming homeless. One parent works full-time locally, and the other stays home to care for our young children. Unfortunately, without savings and with rising housing costs, we are struggling to secure a new place in time.

<div>We are trying to raise <strong>$3,500 to help cover moving costs, security deposit, and first month’s rent</strong>. Our goal is to stay in our current neighborhood where our children attend school and where we work—uprooting them during this time would be devastating.
