<div>On 13 March in Glasgow, two brave (some would say overly optimistic) members of the Helensburgh &amp; Lomond Carers team Sharon and Caroline will be taking on HYROX — the race that somehow mixes running with functional fitness and a mild identity crisis about whether it wants to be a marathon or a strongman competition.

<div>They’ll be lunging, sled-pushing, rowing, burpeeing and probably questioning all their life choices… all to support the amazing work we do at Helensburgh &amp; Lomond Carers.

<div>If you know HLCC, you’ll know our team supports unpaid carers of all ages — from young carers juggling school and caring responsibilities, to adult carers who give so much of themselves every single day.
