<div>On Sunday, 11/3/25, a fire broke out in the apartment above our business. The Albany firemen did a fantastic job with penultimate quickness, but alas, our position on the bottom floor has left us with smoke and water damage that will make reopening undoubtedly a long and costly process. <strong>Any funds raised will first and foremost go towards securing and building a place where we can do just that, and keeping our employees afloat in a way that allows us to retain them and ensure they are secure.</strong> I am sure we will be able to salvage our equipment and a lot of shelf-stable supplies, and I am already seeking a place to set up and maintain the most seamless continuity possible for the business and our employees.
