<li>Cap all public adjuster fees at 15%, regardless of claim size.

<li>Cap catastrophic losses at 10%.
</li>
<li>Ban contractors from paying adjusters.
</li>
<li>Extend the cancellation period to 15 business days, giving insurers time to pressure homeowners into backing out of valid contracts.
</li>
<li>Allow carriers to speak verbally to clients without their public adjuster present.
</li>
<li>Add layers of unnecessary red tape and restrictions that will cripple small adjusting firms.
</li>
