<div>Our community is under immediate threat. City Council is scheduled to make a decision on the proposed Augusta Villas development (30 Elveden Drive) on September 9th.

<div>The development would drastically increase density on Elveden Drive, replacing 19 single-family homes with 42 townhouse condos that are three-stories high with rooftop patios, fundamentally altering the character, safety, and livability of our neighbourhood.

<div>This is a drastic change that would impact traffic, parking, pedestrian safety and the quality of life for all residents, including families with children attending Griffith Woods Public School.
