<div>Mi mamá es una mujer fuerte, valiente y llena de vida. También mi mejor amiga. Hace poco nos dieron una noticia que partió nuestra vida en dos: le diagnosticaron glioblastoma multiforme, un tumor cerebral agresivo que afectó el lado izquierdo de su cerebro. Desde entonces, nuestra vida se ha convertido en una batalla diaria por su salud.

<div>La operación fue un paso enorme y riesgoso, pero gracias a Dios salió con vida. Sin embargo, las secuelas han sido devastadoras: perdió la movilidad de la mitad de su cuerpo, ya no puede caminar y necesita ayuda para todo. Mi mamá, que siempre fue independiente, activa y amorosa, hoy depende completamente de los demás. Y eso ha sido tan duro para ella como para nosotros.

<div>Hemos hecho hasta lo imposible por cubrir todos los gastos médicos, pero los recursos se nos agotaron. Toma 30 sesiones de radioterapia, que debe ir acompañado de quimioterapia oral. Este medicamento no nos lo están proporcionando en el hospital, y comprarlo por fuera es impagable. Cada pastilla es carísima, y sin ella el tratamiento no es completo ni efectivo.

<div>Nos duele profundamente pedir ayuda, pero ya no tenemos otra opción. Cada peso que puedas donar es un paso más hacia la recuperación de mi mamá. Es una oportunidad de devolverle algo de su independencia, de su fuerza, de su esperanza.

<div>My mom is a strong, brave, and full of life woman and also my best friend. Not long ago, we received news that changed our lives forever: she was diagnosed with glioblastoma multiforme, an aggressive brain tumor that affected the left side of her brain. Since then, our lives have become a daily battle for her health.

<div>The surgery was a huge and risky step, but thank God she survived. However, the aftermath has been devastating: she lost mobility on half of her body, can no longer walk, and needs help with everything. My mom, who was always independent, active, and loving, now depends completely on others. It has been just as hard for her as it has been for us.

<div>We’ve done everything possible to cover all medical expenses, but our resources have run out. She is undergoing 30 sessions of radiotherapy, which must be accompanied by oral chemotherapy. Unfortunately, the hospital isn’t providing this medication, and buying it on our own is unaffordable. Each pill is extremely expensive, and without it, the treatment is neither complete nor effective.

<div>It pains us deeply to ask for help, but we no longer have another option. Every contribution, no matter how small, brings my mom one step closer to recovery. It’s a chance to give her back some of her independence, her strength, and her hope.
