</div>Nationally Men’s Sheds encourages people to come together to make, repair and repurpose and  support projects in their local communities.
<br /><br />This Improves wellbeing, reduces loneliness and helps combat social isolation.<br /><br />The Ferring Men in Sheds was formed in November 2024 and started using the workshop at the Ferring Country Centre. <br /><br />Since that time we have now moved to our own workshop in the old Pump House at Glebelands Recreation Ground, Ferring and, thanks to generous donation, built a storage shed for our materials. <br /><br />

<div>We meet twice a week, have over 20 active members and a waiting list of people wishing to join.

<div>Unfortunately the Pump House is not big enough to allow new people to join so we are hoping to build a new workshop next door to our existing one. Your donations to this fund raising effort will help us to get planning permission and start to construct our new ‘shed’
