<div>Mohammed has spent years caring for newborn and premature babies in Gaza. This fundraiser is to help him care for his own family: his wife, Islam, and their three children, Amira, Hussein and Adam.

<div>My name is Patrick, and I live in Berlin. Mohammed is my friend, and we have known each other for years. I am organising this appeal to help his family meet their everyday needs and work towards a safer future.

<div><strong>The family behind this appeal</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Mohammed’s work as a neonatal nurse at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital has involved caring for babies who need close attention from the very beginning of their lives. He continued that work during the war.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The family’s home was destroyed, along with the belongings they relied on for everyday life. This appeal is about helping them cover basic needs while keeping longer-term hopes, including the children’s education, within reach. gofundme.com

<div>What your donation will support
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>The priorities for this fundraiser are:</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
<li>Everyday essentials: helping the family pay for food, clothing and other basic necessities.
</li>
<li>The children’s education: contributing to school supplies and related needs when returning to education is possible.
</li>
<li>A safer future: helping with travel and essential resettlement costs should a safe opportunity to leave Gaza become available.
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Support for the family’s daily needs comes first. A possible future departure is a separate, longer-term aim—not something this fundraiser can guarantee.

<div><strong>How the money reaches Mohammed</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This is a personal fundraiser for Mohammed and his family. The money raised is intended for their support, with payment-processing fees and any transfer costs taken into account.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>So far 9.000 Euro</strong> have been transferred to Moh and his family to cover basic needs, school supplies, medication and costs like rent.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Please help us continue this support</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please consider donating €10, €25, or an amount that feels manageable for you. You do not need to make a large donation to take part.
</div>
<div>If you are unable to donate, please share this page with a short personal message. Tell people why you are supporting the appeal and invite them to read the family’s story.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>To everyone who has already donated or shared this fundraiser: thank you. And to everyone considering helping now, thank you for taking the time to get to know the family behind this appeal.
