<div>Queridos amigos, amigas, familia y lectores,
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
<div>Con gratitud y esperanza,
</div>
<div>Edurne

<div>Dear friends, family, and readers,
</div>
<div>My name is Edurne, and today, I open my heart with you to share an intimate part of my life that completely changed on the 14th of September 2023. On that day, I received the overwhelming diagnosis of stage 4 colorectal cancer with metastasis to the liver.
</div>
<div>Since then, every day has become a battle against this disease. With unwavering support from my family and the medical team, I underwent surgery to remove a tumour from the colon, sacrificing 25 cm of my being.
</div>
<div>The recovery has been challenging, facing the repercussions of chemotherapy every two weeks. Although medication helps with some effects, constant fatigue, skin sensitivity, dental discomfort, and persistent loss of appetite remains part of my daily life.
</div>
<div>For this reason, alongside my parents, we have explored alternatives to alleviate these effects, from salt baths to an alkaline diet rich in vegetables and fruits.
</div>
<div>Recently, we discovered a promising option called ozone therapy, an innovative treatment aiming to oxygenate the body to suffocate cancer cells, which has shown positive results in many other patients.
</div>
<div>My challenge is that this treatment is not available through the NHS and costs £1500 for ten sessions. Although I am striving to begin soon, I have the financial challenge of the cost.
</div>
<div>Today, I turn to you with hope and humility, seeking support.
</div>
<div>I have created this GoFundMe page as a call for solidarity. Every donation, no matter how small, will allow me to access the necessary funds for my treatment, facing this recovery process day by day and enjoying precious moments with my son, parents, and friends.
</div>
<div>My initial goal is to raise £3000 for twenty sessions, and I know that, with your help, I can find the path to an improvement in my quality of life during this treatment.
</div>
<div>I appreciate, from the depths of my heart, you reading my story and deciding to be part of this journey, providing the strength and support I need to keep going.
</div>
<div>With gratitude and hope,
</div>
<div>Edurne
