Only to book Pennine Barrier 2 days later, next thing you know I did the grandslam (5 x 50 mile races) and thought how can I top that, after speaking to the lads I set myself the challenge of doing them all in the 1 season, that’s all 50s milers, all 100 milers &amp; the 215 miler, It’s been a testing year to say the least and like most I have battled some demons during every race, looking forward to see how far I can push myself for this race, especially with it being 2 weeks out from the hardest 100 miler Beacoy way”

As someone diagnosed with (ADHD) I think this is brilliant cause to help the kids in the local community, Only Scrans Cafe will be hosting a ‘Pizza making Day’ in the next coming weeks dates and times TBC.

<div>What is MSSN?
</div>
<div>MSSN (Merseyside SEND Support Network) is a parent-led group created by families who understand just how tough it is to raise a child with SEND in a broken system.
</div>
<div>We offer practical help, emotional support, and a safe space for parents and carers across Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, and St Helens — through WhatsApp support groups, peer guidance, coffee mornings, and help with things like EHCPs, DLA applications, and signposting services.

<div>We don’t just support parents — we create chances for our children to build friendships and feel included, too.

<div>Why are we raising money for the Fun Day?

<div>The Family Fun Day is a chance for our children to enjoy a day of joy, connection, and celebration — and for families to come together in a supportive, understanding space.

<div>We’re raising money to help keep MSSN running — so we can continue offering the support so many families rely on. Every penny raised goes towards keeping our services running at a low cost and accessible to those who need them most.
