<div>Our sweet dog Piper recently faced a life-threatening blockage in her small intestine that required emergency surgery and a three-day hospital stay. It all happened so quickly, and we’re incredibly grateful she pulled through — she’s truly part of our family. Unfortunately, the cost of her care was significant and unexpected.

<div> We’ve been preparing for my son’s scheduled leg surgery next month, and while we had planned carefully for that expense, Piper’s emergency completely threw our finances off balance. We’re doing everything we can, but this unexpected situation has put us in a really difficult spot.

<div> It’s humbling to ask for help, but we’re reaching out to our community to help us bridge this gap so we can cover Piper’s medical bills, which total $14,000 while still being ready for my son’s surgery. Any amount — truly any amount — makes a difference and means more than we can express. Thank you for taking the time to read our story, for sharing it, and for supporting us during a moment when we really need it.
