<div>Arrow went missing 9/21. We were told by neighbors that it was right after the Seahawks won and fireworks were going off. We had just left to go shopping. We believe he ran to find us because he is scared of loud noises. He made his way down the hill and across highway 410. We were told by someone who spotted him on the run that day that they saw his hind end get hit by a car. He then proceeded to hide out away from the people in a neighborhood about 2 miles away from home. We finally found our boy hunkered down in the bushes in that neighborhood after some community members saw him run by them at about 10:00pm 9/27. When we picked him up, we realized his tail was partially degloved and had lots of necrotic tissue and infection. He went to 2 different emergency vet clinics and had to have his tail amputated. He is doing well now and we hope to continue to keep him as comfortable as possible throughout this road to recovery! We are so grateful to have our boy home but could use some help with the vet bills. Anything helps and we could not be more thankful for the community, family, and friends that rally around us during these difficult time.
