<div>Raphael is just three years old. Our daughter, Sam, is only 40 years old and has shown extraordinary strength since being diagnosed with Desmoplastic Small Round Cell Tumours in October 2024.

<div>She began chemotherapy in November, and although the treatment was incredibly tough on her, she faced it all with courage and determination. Through it all, her thoughts have always been with her little boy—his happiness, his security, and his future.

<div>Devastatingly, her cancer is terminal.

<div>Sam is not only a wonderful daughter but also the most loving, devoted mother. Her deepest wish is to know that Raphael will grow up surrounded by love, care, and stability when she can no longer be here with him.

<div>Sam has worked at Wetheringsett Manor School since 2021, and her colleagues there have shown incredible kindness and support throughout this journey. In a beautiful act of generosity, they have organised a charity football event to help raise funds for Raphael’s future.
</div>

<div>The event will take place on <strong>Sunday, 18th May at Leiston Athletic Football Club </strong>at 2pm. The match with be between Leiston Vets and Sam’s colleagues from Wetheringsett Manor &amp; family. Also on the day there will be fundraising in the way of a BBQ, bar, face painting and stalls with a £2 entry fee. It means so much to our family to see the community come together in this way.

<div>We are raising money to help give Raphael the support he’ll need in the days, months, and years ahead. Every donation—no matter how small—will go toward ensuring he has the loving and stable environment Sam wants for him.
