He owned a fabulous Moroccan furnishings store in Sayulita and was a friend to many people.  A spark from a fire in a nearby restaurant in Isla Holbox, in Mexico’s Quintana Roo, has destroyed everything he painstakingly built, along with the home of his recently deceased mother. valued art and possessions. His highly publicized Casa Impala rental has been destroyed by fire retardant. In addition, while trying to rescue his beloved dog, he suffered severe burns on his legs which will take a painful and lengthy recuperation. If you know Marco, you know what a generous and kind man he is. If you don’t know him and have funds to spare, please consider helping put him on his feet again. Gracias.
